(Senior) Retail Leasing Officer

About Us

We are a Hong Kong-listed property developer seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Company.

Your key responsibilities 

Tenancy Management: Handle leasing operations of retail portfolio, including new lettings, renewals, terms negotiations, property inspections, handovers, etc.

Leasing Administration:Prepare pre-leasing and tenancy documentation, status update report and rental forecast

Marketing & Promotion:Execute marketing & promotional activities; conduct market research to enhance new leasing opportunities

Liaison & Partnership:Handle leasing enquiries; build and strengthen partnerships with key tenants and new clients

Your profile

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate/ Business Administration/ Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of solid experience in retail leasing management gained from sizable property developers or agencies is preferred
• Good social interaction with potential retail tenants and real estate agents
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality with effective communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

 Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Retail Leasing Officer
