Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Administration of main contracts and subcontracts;
• Material procurement, valuation/assessment of variations, settlement of Final Accounts;
• Cost control, budget / cost plan preparation;
• Settlement of contractual claims;
• Liaise and collaborate with relevant parties of assigned project.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies /QS Studies or other related engineering discipline;
• Experience in running NEC project is an advantage;
• Working experience in building projects gained from Main Contractors or Consultants;
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skill;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
