Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor (Fitting-out) (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for developing cost planning and project budgeting

• To handle post-contract, including but not less than valuation of variation, cost estimation, subletting, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and variation, and final account settlement

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Min. 7 years fitting-out contractor experience

• Conversant in fit-out pricing

• Professional qualification and PC knowledge are advantageous

• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese

• Those with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
