SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

About the Role:

• Valuation of variation / assessment of compensation events
• Estimating, cost control, procurement arrangement, contractual issues
• Subcontractor administration from Sub-letting to final account agreement
• Identification and administration of early warnings and compensation events
• Review and preparation of commercial and contractual correspondence
• Handle insurance matters

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies or equivalent
• Professional member of RICS/HKIS or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5-6 years solid QS experience with main contractor
• Experienced in tunneling projects and a good understanding of ground conditions
• Good base contract knowledge and interpersonal skills
• Accreditation in NEC Project Management or other formal training in NEC would be an advantage
