Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation & Web3 Initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of ATV's digital transformation projects including NFT platforms, metaverse experiences, and blockchain integration

- Translate corporate strategy into detailed project plans with clear scope, timelines, and success metrics

- Manage cross-functional teams across Content Production, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Finance

- Coordinate with external technology partners and international teams

- Serve as primary liaison to executive leadership, providing regular updates and managing expectations

- Ensure all projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable value

- Provide technical oversight for vendor selection and technology decisions

- Evaluate proposals and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

- Implement robust risk management and quality assurance frameworks

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks

- Maintain strong project governance for on-time, on-budget delivery

- Drive continuous improvement across all digital initiatives
