Senior Product Specialist – Digital Interchangeable Lens Cameras

The incumbent will be responsible for providing exceptional support for Canon EOS camera and lens products. The role of the incumbent includes:

1. Provide Technical Advice: Offer expert technical guidance to the Marketing Communication Team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. Develop Relationships with Pros: Establish and maintain strong connections with professionals and content creators, providing them with technical support.
3. Product Training: Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for frontline staff, promoters, and counter sales personnel.
4. Manage Product Information: Oversee and update product information on Canon's online platforms to ensure accuracy and relevance.
5. Equipment Management: Handle the loan and management of equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for photography and videography, along with experience using digital interchangeable lens cameras.
• Proficiency in digital photography and videography is essential, and experience with image editing software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• A degree in any discipline, with a preference for Science, Engineering, or Production-related fields due to the technical aspect of role
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience; those with less experience may be considered for the position of Product Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, independent, and possess an analytical mindset.
