Senior Product Engineer / Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Handle implementation, installation, launching and supporting of new products and projects developed in-house
• Perform system monitoring, platform enhancement and capacity planning
• Provide tier 3 support for engineering and operation team
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in telecommunication industry
• Knowledge in Microsoft server applications, MSSQL, Linux / UNIX, virtualization and Cloud native environment
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
