Responsibilities:

Handling all procurement related work
-
Negotiate with supplier for competitive price and terms

Preparing purchasing document for management’s approval

Review contracts/agreements from supplier/service provider

Cost control
-
Work closely with internal and external parties to sustain the company
-
AD HOC duties when required
-
Ensure goods and services are sourced, prices negotiated, orders placed and delivered
-
Price comparison
-
Maintain up-to-date procurement records including supplier information
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
-
Higher diploma or abv in supply chain OR related disciplines
-
Min. 5 years relevant experience in procurement
-
Results orientated with flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Good judgment to solve problems and navigate purchasing decisions.
-
Proactive, self-motivated and independent
-
Positive thinking and able to meet tight time schedule
-
Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Proficient in MS Office/Excel/Power point applications
-
Immediate availability will be highly preferred
