Senior Network Engineer

Our client is a leading IT company committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with a strong background in network design, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Job Summary:
The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies, and hold a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain network systems, including LAN, WAN, and VPN infrastructures.
• Monitor and optimize network performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and solutions.
• Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Document network configurations, processes, and standards.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CCIE certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in network engineering or related roles (8years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Familiarity with network security tools and best practices.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
