Senior Merchandiser

Responsibility:

•Explore new manufacturing vendors and evaluate the production capacity;

•Project management in sourcing, price negotiation, production, logistic.

•Monitor supplier to ensure product made with required specification, quality standard and compliance

•Following order & contact directly to overseas customers and local buyers.

Requirements:

•High Diploma or above in related category or related discipline is preferred.

•5 years above merchandising experience or related.

•Solid sourcing and merchandising experiences in toys, arts & crafts products are preferred

•Experience in consumer electronics products with listed retailers in USA & Europe markets are highly preferred.

•Capable to deal with overseas buyer/factory independently

•Able to work independently in full merchandising area (from product development, mass production, quality control, to shipment completion and testing and factory audit)

•Managerial capability to lead and supervise merchandisers and QC is preferable

•Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.

•Strong business sense and organizing power, excellent negotiation skill, well interpersonal & communication skills

•Mature, energetic, detail-oriented and crucial in good team spirit;
