Senior Marketing Officer - Beauty and Personal Care

Reporting to Product Manager, you are responsible for:

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans of marketing campaigns and product launches to meet the company's goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies for development of marketing activities, such as digital, promotional, trainings and event activities
• Prepare marketing communication materials such as leaflets, reports, presentations and training materials
• Demonstrate skills in social media strategy and execution, with a proven ability to optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and analysis.
• Responsible for business result monitoring and review, and providing insights and action plans for ongoing improvements

Requirements :

• University graduates
• At least 4-5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in skincare /cosmetics industry
• Team player, innovative, creative and consumer-centric
• Good analytical skills
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
• Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office operations
• Multi-tasking and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal skill
• Familiar with Excel and Powerpoint
• Less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
