Senior Marketing and Programme Officer (1-year contract, renewable)

Key Job Responsibilities

Ÿ  Assist to execute programme and brand marketing campaigns in an integrated marketing approach for upcoming productions, events and festivals.

Ÿ   Manage company’s online platforms including company’s website and social media.

Ÿ   Responsible to manage company’s email marketing and CRM system.

Ÿ   Prepare printed materials, including but not limited to leaflets, posters and brochures.

Ÿ   Assist producer in house programme publications, ticketing and administrative support for company’s local productions and outbound tours.

Ÿ   Liaise with tutors, students and other related stakeholders regarding education programmes and courses.

Ÿ   Provide administrative support to prepare minutes of company meetings and manage company’s calendars.

Ÿ   Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Candidate’s Requirements

Ÿ   Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing, arts administration, event management and/or related fields.

Ÿ   Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.

Ÿ   Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and well-organised.

Ÿ   Proficiency in MS office, design software; knowledge in video-editing is a plus.

Ÿ   Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, CRM and eDM systems.

Ÿ   Strong interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).

Ÿ   Willing to work in irregular hours and weekends occasionally.

Ÿ   Passionate and knowledgeable in performing arts.

Ÿ   Immediate availability is an advantage.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing and Programme Officer.
