Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management Office to play a critical role in ensuring our IT strategy is aligned with business objectives. This position will drive efficiency, set and maintain standards, oversee risk and change management, and ensure visibility and reporting across our IT project portfolio to enable value realization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance & Strategy

Establish and implement standards, processes, and KPIs for project and program management within IT.

Lead IT portfolio management activities, prioritizing initiatives in line with strategic business needs.

Align the IT roadmap with company-wide strategies, particularly in manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability.
2. Program & Project Delivery
-
Oversee delivery of multiple IT programs and projects—including ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, automation, analytics, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Manage project interdependencies, resource allocation, and risk across the portfolio.

Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives and outcomes.
3. Performance Management & Reporting

Develop and implement reporting tools (dashboards, scorecards, etc.) to ensure transparency regarding IT project progress, risks, and achieved benefits.

Provide regular updates and reports to IT leadership and executive management.
4. Change & Risk Management

Proactively identify portfolio and project risks; develop and deploy mitigation plans.

Lead organizational change management efforts to maximize stakeholder engagement and adoption of IT initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

Master’s degree (MBA or MIS) is preferred.

8–12 years of IT program/project management experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Prior experience in the garment, textile, or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience managing ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, or other manufacturing IT systems.

Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 projects.

Strong team leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches).
Certifications (Preferred)
-
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certifications.

ITIL Foundation or higher.
-
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above (advantageous).
