Senior Manager (Leasing)

Job Descriptions:

• Formulate and implement effective leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue generation.
• Establish and strengthen a strong relationships with stakeholders and agents to generate leads and leasing opportunities.
• Continuously monitor the local leasing market supply and demand conditions, understand market trends, and formulate appropriate rental pricing strategies.
• Drive revenue growth and implement initiatives of the leasing portfolio.
• Execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our properties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or related disciplines or in Real Estate, Property Management will be an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong market sense and tenant connection.
