Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Security

The MRDI is looking for a dynamic and high-calibre professional to fill the position of Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Security.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including data center, servers, storage, networks, virtualization, etc., to ensure high system availability.
• Be responsible for the construction and optimization of the company's network architecture, ensure stable and efficient network operation, and prevent network attacks.
• Develop and implement information security strategies, including data encryption, access control, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, etc.
• Manage and maintain the company's information security system, regularly conduct security risk assessments and emergency drills.
• Handle infrastructure and security-related failures and incidents, provide technical support and solutions.
• Monitor the operation status of IT infrastructure, and promptly address performance bottlenecks and abnormal situations.
• Be responsible for the management and operation of the company's cloud computing platform, optimize resource allocation, and reduce operating costs.
• Keep track of industry technology trends and introduce advanced infrastructure and security technology solutions.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Networks, Information Security, Communication Engineering, or related majors.
• More than 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure construction or the information security field.
• Familiar with the configuration of network devices (such as routers, switches, firewalls), and proficient in Windows/Linux server management.
• Have information security-related certifications such as CISP, CISSP, and be familiar with Hongkong security.
• Good sense of responsibility and execution ability, with strong learning ability and teamwork spirit.
• Familiar with the operation and management of mainstream cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, etc.).
• Master security attack and defense technologies, and be able to analyze and trace security incidents.
• Those with experience in data center construction and disaster recovery backup plan design are preferred.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A gratuity of 15% of the salary will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the contract. The incumbent will normally work five days a week. The initial employment contract spans 12 months and can be renewed with a longer tenure upon mutual agreement of the incumbent and MRDI.
