Senior Manager, Finance

The Cluster Finance Lead is a critical role responsible for partnering with the Cluster MD and senior leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives and ensure the financial health of the cluster. This role involves leading and mentoring finance teams across multiple markets, overseeing Cluster FP&A activities, and aligning market leaders with performance goals. As a member of the regional finance leadership team, the Cluster Finance Lead will also ensure compliance with regional and corporate finance objectives and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Duties:

❏ Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the Cluster MD and leadership team to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.

❏ Financial Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance teams across different markets, ensuring alignment with cluster and corporate financial goals.

❏ Cluster FP&A Oversight: Take a lead role in all cluster Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

❏ Compliance with Asia Regional & Corporate Objectives: Ensure that cluster financial strategies and initiatives are aligned with regional and corporate finance objectives.

❏ Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local, regional, and corporate financial regulations and policies across all markets.

❏ Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations, reporting accuracy, and FP&A processes.

❏ Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and actionable financial insights to stakeholders

Qualifications:

● Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field(MBA/CPA preferred).

● Experience 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A),preferably in a business unit or multi-country role.Strong operational experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize financial processes in complex
environments.
