Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Onsite IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both reactive and proactive IT services at our customer's office. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, offering expert advice and maintaining accurate customer information in our system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support to customers, addressing both reactive and proactive service needs
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems efficiently
- Offer expert recommendations and suggestions to enhance customer IT infrastructure
- Update customer information in the company system promptly and accurately
- Complete job sheets and maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Escalate cases to higher-tier teams or vendors when necessary
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices
We are looking for:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to service delivery
- Responsible, hardworking, fast learner & able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus
