Senior Logistics Planning Coordinator / Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma education in SCM or Logistics Management
• 3 years’ experience in 3PL management or logistics management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point & Word
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skill

• Business trip to China, Taiwan and Japan is required if needed

Responsibilities:

-3PL Management (warehouse & local delivery) from SOP setup to KPI monitoring.

1. Create and update SOP, ensure all required processes and materials are completed in a timely manner including inbound/bound shipment.
2. Prepare performance reports and implement corrective actions with 3PL partners if need.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with internal/external parties to meet customer requirement by improvement projects.

-Compliance and Quality Audit (AEO renewal, IATF 16949 quality audit and Internal Control Aduit)

1. Review and update all required docuements and master files to ensure operation meeting quality standard and customer requirements.

2. Coordinate and collaborate with internal/external parties to proceed documents and on-site audit.
