Senior Logistics and Production Procurement Officer
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform the full spectrum of logistics and production procurement function
- Source parts/components for use on electronics devices
- Ensure the supply of parts/components are in right quality and quantity, costs within budget, and to meet production timelines
- Work in accordance with development/production schedule and continue update materials price list for immediate availability of quotation
- Liaise with overseas and local suppliers for quotation and price negotiation
· Work closely with warehouse on order follow up and logistics coordination
- Liaise with vendors, shipping company and internal team to arrange shipment
- Responsible for handling import/export documents, and customs declaration such as Trade Link
- Implement and review the procurement process, records of purchasing orders and stock management, etc.
Basic Requirements:
· Diploma or above with minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in purchasing and logistics management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, detail-minded, willing to learn with self-motivated and sense of responsibility
- Ability to multitask and work independently with proactive attitude
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits in China or Other Asian Countries
