Senior IT Technician/IT Technician

Job description: 

• Assists clients with day-to-day functionality and efficiency
• Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware & software in PCs, telecommunication equipment, and other computer services
• Administer IT asset inventories, ensuring records are kept up to date
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft platform (Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server) & Linux platform administration.
• Experience in virtualization platform, storage system is preferable.

• Good communication skill
• Good Cantonese; General Mandarin; General English
• 1-2 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
• Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent
