Senior IT Support Specialist (Government Sector, Windows NT/2000)

Selected candidates will be assigned to work in the government department to aid in ICT-related project development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

·       Be responsible for system development of ICT-related projects

·       Responsible for workflow analysis and design

·       Conducting market research of ICT related solutions and technology

·       Conducting User Acceptance Test for new systems/ applications

·       Monitoring performance and assisting in returns and reports by using MS office tools

·       Perform housekeeping duties for applications and systems under EPOL

·       Assist the supervisor(s) to handle users' enquiries and set up workstations or network equipment

Requirements:

·       Full cert holder of HKCEE or HKDSE with 5 subjects in level 2 including Chinese and English

·       At least 2 years working experience of IT and 5 years in similar capacity

·       Chinese input 30 words per minute (WPM) is required

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant IT field is preferable

·       Solid experience in IT Application Development and Management

·       Solid experience of Adobe Photoshop and Windows NT/2000

·       Solid experience of coordination and conducting IT Training/Briefing
