Position: Senior IT Officer (IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity)

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing, implementation, and maintenance of the university’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and telecommunications systems;
• Perform system administration, troubleshooting, configuration, deployment, maintenance, solution implementation, and plan for disaster discovery;
• Manage the university’s IT network infrastructure;
• Ensure the systems and services are reliable, secure, and efficient;
• Plan, implementation, and maintenance of server rooms/data center;
• Provide technical documentation and manuals related to servers, systems, and network infrastructure;
• Perform the daily operational health check, and monitoring of the University’s IT systems and infrastructure to ensure that systems and services are restored in the event of a disruption or outage;
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years relevant experience is preferred.
• CISA, CISSP or equivalent certifications would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, independent, excellent problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate with IT team members and users.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of language skills in English and Chinese.

Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered as the rank of “Assistant IT Manager/IT Manager”.
