Senior Interior Designer

About the Job

Reporting to the Director, successful applicant to this this position is expected to

• Manage design projects from start to finish
• Negotiate individually with clients on quotations and design details
• Handle design drawings including design detail and technical drawings
• Oversee construction and renovation work progress

Requirements

• 4+ years of interior design experience with residential and/or commercial interior design companies
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch UP, Adobe Photoshop and related design software
• Well-spoken and strong organisational skills
• Ability to handle projects individually and in team settings
• Responsible, diligent, detail-minded and punctual
• Native or near-native Cantonese is a must. Proficiencies in other spoken languages are a plus.
• Applicants are required to provide a portfolio of their past work. Failure to do so will result in an unsuccessful application.
