Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle hospitality projects from design concept to site coordination during construction period;
• Confidently present and communicate with external project teams, hotel management design team and other professional consultants;
• Conceptualize and develop mood boards, design narrative, sketches for client facing presentation;
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal regional design team to bring concepts to life through detail design development and space planning;
• Manage full set of tender and construction documentations;
• Source and select materials, finishes and furnishing (FF&E) that align with design concept and client’s budget;
• Build and maintain strong client relationship by understanding their needs and ensure design solutions meet and exceed their expectations.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in architecture, interior design, or related discipline;
• Experienced in Hospitality projects;
• Solid experiences in handling client and projects from start to finish;
• Previous projects experience in luxury hospitality, F&B, high-end residential, clubhouse or show flats;
• Strong passion for design, creative, curious and with strong sense of continuously improvement and exploring new ideas;
• Great presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to handle full set of design drawings and specifications;
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup (Enscape and 3ds Max optional);
• Willing to travel;
• Fluent in English.
