Senior Engineer (MVAC)

Job Duties:

• Monitor and supervisor subcontractor to complete the project on site
• Assist in MVAC project execution, system installation, T&C etc.
• Provide onsite engineering support during the construction phase, propose construction methods for various site activities
• Evaluate and analyze the quotations / technical submissions from vendor for quotation / technical submission
• Prepare / Review drawings and material submission for client
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and clients ensuring technical and safety standards
• Manage site quality control including work schedule, progress, material and equipment
• Perform supervision and inspection works on site

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' experience in E&M projects
• Experience in housing projects is preferable
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skill and team player
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Deputy M&E Team Leader
