Senior Engineer (MVAC / HVAC) - Kwu Tung Station

About the Role:

• Assist Project Manager to review design, produce drawing, site coordination and supervision
• Prepare method statement for installation work and monitor progress of subcontractor’s installation
• Monitor quality of site installation work, prepare & conduct site work inspection & material receiving inspector
• Liaise with T&C team for equipment FAT, SAT & site T&C activities, etc

 To be successful in this role, you must have:

Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or relevant discipline

• At least 6 years relevant experience in MVAC/HVAC projects, preferably in large-scale E&M projects
• Experience in CSD / CBWD / BIM coordination, utilities liaison, and project management are essential
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and MS office operations
• Proactive, responsible, with strong communication skills and a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
