Senior Engineer

• Property maintenance and repair/renovation works
• Diploma in Building Services/Surveying
• TTPS/IANG/ASMTP are welcome

Responsibilities

• Monitor property maintenance, building improvement and repair/renovation works including but not limited to FS, MVAC, Electrical and P&D system
• Supervise technical team to carry out repair/maintenance/renovation works
• Prepare works specification/tender document
• Coordinate and monitor outside contractors for maintenance and renovation
• Ensure the overall standard of engineering works are in full compliance with statutory regulations and requirements
• Perform ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Building Services/Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in property/facilities management
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker-Grade B
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications and tender procedures for procurement of works contracts
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving/interpersonal /leadership skills
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidates with stable track record are highly preferable
• TTPS/IANG/ASMTP are welcome
