Senior Engineer (Electrical / MVAC)

Prepare for costing, tender estimation, tendering procurement, and subcontractor monitoring

Prepare required drawings, corresponding documents and statutory submission

Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineer in overall project operations, co-ordination and handover

Liaise  with  clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors ensure smooth operation of the project

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Division Head
 

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
• Possess 1-3 years’ relevant working experience in participation of E&M / Building Services Contracts
• Proactive, good communication and a good team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Experience in Government or MTR Projects is preferable.
