Senior Developer / System Analyst (Python)

WINGSING Telecom Limited is a fast-growing digital-first telecom provider focused on flexible, no-contract mobile experiences. We are hiring a Senior Developer / System Analyst to join our core engineering team. You will lead the design and development of backend systems supporting our Prepaid and Roaming Card Platforms, while also assisting in the maintenance of our A2P messaging platform.

🔧 Responsibilities

Prepaid & Roaming Platform Development

·         Lead backend development for core prepaid and roaming SIM card services including activation, top-up, plan management, usage monitoring, and real-time provisioning.

·         Design scalable systems to support multi-region markets and diverse product offerings.

·         Collaborate with product, operations, and customer support teams to improve automation and system efficiency.

A2P Messaging Platform Support

·         Support development and maintenance of the A2P messaging platform, including message routing and delivery feedback handling.

·         Provide first-line technical support (L1) for investigating platform-related issues, escalating to relevant teams when necessary.

✅ Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

·         4+ years of backend development and system analysis experience using Python.

·         Proficient in SQL and database performance tuning.

·         Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and SQLAlchemy.

·         Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

·         Familiar with DevOps tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

·         Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and software development life cycle best practices.

·         Shell scripting skills for automation tasks.

·         Experience working with distributed teams and fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

·         Willing to travel to Shenzhen occasionally for on-site collaboration.

💡 Nice to Have

·         Familiarity with Redis and message queue architectures.

·         Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud etc.).
