Senior Deskside Support Engineer

Responsible for daily support to end users and management of the technical facilities;

To install/support desktop, notebook, mobile devices, etc.

Responsible for hardware and software asset management.

Maintain all necessary records under internal systems.

Work under the supervision of the IT Manager to assist the operations team in supporting daily maintenance management.

Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm / 10 am - 7 pm (Shift)
