(Senior) Complaints & Enquiries Officer, Internal Control

• Assist in investigating and following up complaints and enquiries relating to online pension platform;
• Assist in identifying operational errors or omissions, and proposing rectifications
• Assist in identifying system bugs, and proposing system fixes and rectifications.
• Assist in routine liaison with scheme trustees and MPFA or other relevant external parties.
• Prepare and submit SLA reports to supervisor and/or regulatory authorities as required.
• Handle other internal control duties and ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above. 1-3 years in internal controls, compliance, risk management or supervisory role in CS (financial services/MPF/pensions a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with regulatory reporting (MPFA guidelines preferred).

• Basic understanding of IT systems & fintech platforms (ability to identify system bugs is a plus).

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external parties.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose process improvements.
