Senior Buyer (Eyewear)

About the role:

• Support merchandising manager to manage all aspects of the buying and merchandising function of the assigned vendors and brands
• Execute OTB and merchandise plans to achieve sales, profit targets and highest standard of sell-through
• Monitor inventory, delivery and arrange stock transfer to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained, and responsible to co-ordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment issues
• Source new business to meet the customer's demand
• Prepare regular sales and inventory report for management review
• Provide fashion and product training to retail team
• Occasional travel to Europe and China is required

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Degree holder in Fashion Merchandising/ Business or related disciplines
• At least 6-8 years’ experience in fashion retail/ sunglasses/ accessories merchandising
• Previous buying experience in multi-brand/ china market /travel retail /luxury fashion industry is preferred
• Knowledge of the latest trends in fashion market and strong fashion sense and passion
• Good planning and analytical skills with highly sensitive to number
• Independent, reliable, multi-tasks skill and self-motivated
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management, organizational skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good computer skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
