Description
FXCM is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst, who will be responsible for implementing innovative client facing features in our Registration application. The successful candidate will be working with fellow business analysts, developers, testing teams, and a range of business stakeholders in an Agile environment, helping to deliver the best customer experience for FXCM’s global client base.
Primary Responsibilities (not limited to)
· Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business objectives with a focus on customer experience
· Leading requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements in user story format
· Working closely with the product manager and fellow business analysts to deliver projects on time and within scope based on product roadmap and priorities
· Working with technical development and testing counterparts, as well as with non-technical business stakeholders and UX Designers to ensure end user satisfaction in an Agile environment
· Performing gap analysis between current and target states of the product
· Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements
Essential:
· Extensive experience writing User Stories and business requirements
· Extensive experience with implementing customer facing features
· Proficient experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile/Scrum environment
· Strong analytical skills with the capability to evaluate business objectives and design innovative solutions
· Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills
· Fluent English written and communication skills
· At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
· Bachelor’s Degree (Masters Degree preferred)
Preferred:
· Experience in financial services industry in the APAC region
· Business proficiency in Simplified/Traditional Chinese
· Basic to intermediate SQL skills
Working Hours:40/week, Monday–Friday. Hybrid:3 days in-office.
