Senior Business Analyst

Job Duties:

• One of Team Player works under Business Applications Team
• Collect user requirements from different stakeholders
• Write and handle all the documents (business requirement related, testing related and so on) for the whole project life cycle
• Work with different stakeholders on SIT, data migration, UAT and system cut over
• Handle project change request with the project team and project stakeholders
• Manage vendor(s) effectively to deliver desirable project deliverables
• Drive communication for project meetings with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 5 years business analyst experience with broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments
• Proven ability to effective in a vendor management role, driving vendor deliver ways of working
• Experience managing changes and stakeholder needs in an enterprise environment
• Must be able to work in a matrix environment, able to collaborate cross functionally, and be a strong team player
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate internally and externally effectively
• Strong organization and problem-solving ability
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Required to work in different locations
• Experience in Carpark System, ERP, Financial Management System, Payment System, etc.
