職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full spectrum of company secretarial work for the group companies and associated private companies
  • Assist in transactions and review of business contracts and agreements
  • Provide support in preparing statutory filings
  • Attend board meetings and prepare minutes / resolutions for the group companies
  • Complete data input, update of company secretarial records and maintain the corporate database and filing system
  • Prepare documents for bank account opening and other requisite documents in relation to the changes with the bank accounts

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration or a related discipline, membership of HKCGI / CGI or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of company secretarial experience in listed / holding companies
  • Well versed in Company Ordinance, Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills and is able to communicate well with senior management
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
