Senior Analyst Programmer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using various tools, such as Java, Spring Boot, Redis, and Kafka, etc.
• Work with the team in developing AI agentic systems using Python and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Utilize AWS cloud services to develop and deploy scalable applications.
• Collect and analyze user requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance by conducting profiling, tuning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency and quality.
• Implement AI-powered code generation and refactoring to accelerate development cycles.
• Assist in any ad hoc projects if requested

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-6 years of working experience in Java, Spring Boot, Redis, Kafka, and AWS cloud architecture for microservices and RESTful API developments.
• Experience with at least one of the following databases: MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres or Redis.
• Experience with Python and Agentic System development using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to effectively prompt and collaborate with AI coding assistants to improve development workflows
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multi-tasks at the same time
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
