Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

With solid growth potential in our APAC businesses (Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan etc.), you will be responsible for:

• Supervise finance team of APAC entities to handle full set of accounts, and complete monthend closing on accurate and timely basis
• Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis
• Enhance operations process to enhance internal control and/or improve efficiency
• Prepare regular projection of cash positions to manage liquidity for responsible entities
• Develop PRC team member to handle daily accounting operations
• Handle annual statutory audit and tax filing and complete on schedule; manage liaison with auditors and tax agents
• Tackle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with recognised accounting qualification
• 6 yeas or above solid accounting experience; retail/F&B/FMCG industry experience is a must
• At least 3 years of experience in handling Singapore or Malaysia entities
• IFRS16 and group consolidation experience is valued
• External auditing experience is an asset
• Experience in ERP/ Kingdee / Flex / POS and reporting tools is valued
• Solid proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot table, Vlookup)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered Assistant Finance Manager
