About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Goodies Studio as a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing key accounts in the video production and digital marketing sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting and generating new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Following up on inquiries and developing leads to generate sales.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Managing the entire project process from lead generation to execution.
• Manage various digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Preparing pitching proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Having the free will to explore new products for selling.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or new business development.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and energetic
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English.
• Passionate in latest digital marketing and video production.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of 小紅書 (Xiaohongshu) or TikTok is preferred.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Work experience in digital agency industry is a plus.
