Job Description

The role is to work on client’s advertising projects in our leading business and finance channel 經濟一週.

Job Description:

• Follow up on advertising leads, prepare advertising contract, work schedule and post-campaign evaluations
• Work closely with clients to launch media placement, advertising and special projects our channels;
• Prepare sales deck, and client proposals
• Client Servicing: Have the sensitivity to understand clients’ marketing needs and able to propose appropriate solutions;
• Project Management: Manage clients’ projects including define deliverables, prepare project schedules, resources planning, coordinating internal resources, campaign launch, etc.
• Prepare campaign reports, and competitive analysis
• Work on different brand marketing and client advertising projects assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in client servicing. Knowledge on banking and finance brands, either agency side or in-house digital marketing will be an advantage
• Well-organized, attention to details and follow through execution.
• Multi-tasking and strong project management skills are important in this role.
• Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure;
• Good excel skills and data analysis skills, and also able to prepare quality powerpoints and reports will be a plus.
• Presentable with good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Experience in either client side, client servicing, digital projects, or digital media will be an advantage.
• Familiar with banking, insurance, investment areas will be a plus
• Candidate with less experienced will be considered as Account Executive role.
