Security Officer 保安員

• Responsibilities:

  ·        Approve entry / exit application via the system for visitors, goods and equipment at the data center

  ·        Monitor CCTV to ensure physical security and handle key distribution and management

  ·        Verify visitor identity, record register information, be responsible for access card management, and accompany clients into the data center

  ·        Record information about goods entering and leaving the data center and notify clients upon receipt for confirmation

  ·        Conduct regular inspections, check suspicious activities, and assist with fire safety measures

  ·        Respond to client inquiries via phone and email and escalate issues when necessary

  ·        Arrange working schedule of security personnel and develop security management procedures

• 職責

  ·        通過系統批准訪客、貨物和設備進出數據中心的申請

  ·        監控閉路電視以確保安全，並處理鑰匙的分配與管理

  ·        驗證訪客身份，記錄登記信息，負責門禁卡管理，並陪同客戶進入數據中心

  ·        記錄進出數據中心的貨物信息，並在收到貨物後通知客戶確認

  ·        定期進行巡檢，檢查可疑活動，並協助處理消防安全措施

  ·        通過電話和電子郵件回應客戶查詢，上報機房故障進

  ·        安排保安人員排班並制定保安管理流程

• Requirements:

  ·        Holder of a Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit and understanding of security system operation

  ·        Strong communication skills

  ·        Detail-oriented, responsible

  ·        Maintain a clean criminal record

  ·        Good command in spoken English 

  ·   Good PC skills including MS and typing skills (both English & Chinese)

  ·        持有香港保安人員許可證，了解安全系統運作

  ·        良好的溝通能力

  ·        細心且負責任

  ·        沒有犯罪記錄

  ·        良好的英語口語能力

  ·        具備良好的電腦技能，包括MS辦公軟件和打字技能（英語和中文）
