Security Manager

Responsibilities:

General duties of Building Supervisor,

General clerical work and preparing reports,

Supervising front line staff,

Arranging posts for security guards;

新業務開發，定期拜訪客戶，維繫營業關係

定期巡視各區保安的工作崗位與客戶保持緊密聯繫;

提供保安人員在職培訓,致專業水平;

安排及整合各保安的輪班編排表;

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in property management or related discipline;

• Minimum 5 years solid experience in property management;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances;

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;

• Able to work under pressure and independently;

• Knowledge of PC essential;

• Immediately available is highly preferred

• Tier 1 Licence holder is must
