Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
- 4 years or above secretarial experience in serving senior management
- Solid experience in calendar management and travel arrangement
- Experience in general administration support would be an advantage
- Well-organized, initiative, detail-minded with good communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese WP
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director
- Responsible for diary management and business meetings & conference arrangement
- Manage travel logistics including hotel reservation, flight booking and expenses claims
- Support on the preparation of meeting materials & minutes and monthly reports
- Assist in managing general office administration and organizing company activities
