職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Direct report duties to Senior Executives;
  • Provide full range of administrative and secretarial support including but not limited to scheduling intensive business appointments, travel and hotel reservation, complex diaries management;
  • Handle telephone correspondence efficiently, record messages and matters in a timely manner;
  • Prepare various reports, correspondences and presentation materials;
  • Communicate with departments and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in related disciplines, preferably with secretarial training;
  • At least 5 year experience in relevant experience;
  • Well mannered, responsible, organized and self-initiative;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
