Responsibilities:
- Direct report duties to Senior Executives;
- Provide full range of administrative and secretarial support including but not limited to scheduling intensive business appointments, travel and hotel reservation, complex diaries management;
- Handle telephone correspondence efficiently, record messages and matters in a timely manner;
- Prepare various reports, correspondences and presentation materials;
- Communicate with departments and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in related disciplines, preferably with secretarial training;
- At least 5 year experience in relevant experience;
- Well mannered, responsible, organized and self-initiative;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
