Role & Responsibilities:

- Support sales team on daily customer service/liaison, customer data management and event planning
- Support marketing coordination & material preparation
- Regular business trips travel to Europe are required
- Follow up with clients enquiries & requests
- Work independently and solution-oriented 
- Excel in PC skills and MS Office
- Work on ad hoc projects assigned by the Sales & Marketing team

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1-2 years' experience in sales, administration perfer

• Fresh graduate is also welcome

• First language in Mandarin is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing

• Possess a high level of attention to detail

• Self-starter, willingness to learn, improve and adapt

• Immediately available is preferred
