Responsibility:
1. Reporting to the Senior Sales Supervisor
2. Support planning , organize and on-site sales events for HK / Macau
3. Conducting and reviewing events , including performing competitive analysis of vendor .
4. Coordinate event logistics including vendor management , budget tracking and on-site operations under the supervision of senior staff
5. Work with the marketing team to assist in the development of marketing and customer experience plan , event visual , and collaterals , provide support for implementing marketing and production plans
6. Liaise with relevant government departments / agencies , vendors regarding permits / venue arrangements as directed by senior staff
7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event / training management to provide ideas and suggestion
8. Assist in the preparation / booking services for event/ roadshows , support sales & marketing campaign
9. Help organize manpower for events
10. Collaborate with internal teams and customers , IT , vendor to ensure smotth tracking of bookings , customer engagement and market atmosphere .
11. Assist in preparing vendor account , feedback reports and review etc
12. Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirement :
· Degree , preferable from BA / marketing hotel management / recreation ..etc
· 1year relevant working experience (fresh graduate is welcome )
· Customer-oriented , pleasant and self-motivated , love to work with people
· Good interpersonal / communication skills
· Proficiency PC skills ms workds, excel and Chinese-word processing ,
· Good command of both spoken and written Chinese / Eng / mandarin
