Sales Officer / Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Officer / Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in the Yau Tsim Mong District. As a Sales Officer / Executive, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies, helping to promote our premium jewellery brand and increase customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Executing sales and marketing campaigns to promote our jewellery collections and drive revenue growth
• Assisting with the development and implementation of the company's digital marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing and website content
• Coordinating and participating in exhibitions and other marketing events
• Analysing sales and marketing data to identify trends and insights that can inform future strategies
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Supporting the broader marketing and sales team as needed

What we're looking for

• 3-4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within luxury goods or manufacturing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated success in executing successful sales and marketing campaigns
• A keen interest in the jewellery industry and a passion for luxury brands
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage
