Sales Manager, Direct Channels (FMCG, 5-day workweek)

A Sales Manager – Direct Channels is now required as a result of business growth:

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying growth opportunities, enlarging existing customer base and sourcing new potential customers.
• Develop sales strategies and actions plans to achieve sales targets, and implement and optimize CRM campaigns, loyalty programs, and engagement activities.
• Provide data analytics, insights, and sales forecast and make recommendations for improvement. 
• Lead and coach the direct  sales team to deliver sales KPIs as set by management.
• Coordinate with other teams for events, corporate accounts, telesales and e-shop promotion activities.
• Manage and control trade spending and promotion funds.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in FMCG/Healthcare, with at least 2 years in managerial roles, selling to direct channels such as institutions, events and e-shops.
• Result-oriented with strong business acumen and business connection with healthcare/FMCG market.
• Proven track record in organizing events, e.g. HKBPE, Food Expo, and managing corporate accounts.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediately available would be an advantage.
