Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and promotion of healthcare and rehabilitation products to healthcare institutions, hospitals, clinics and end users
• Follow up with existing clients, maintain sales and long-term business relationship
• Identify, explore and develop sales opportunities to achieve sales target for healthcare services and healthcare products
• Broaden clients base by exploring new clients
• Prepare sales forecasts and analysis reports
• Create strategic sales plan to match with company’s business development
• Initiate in making tactical and operational execution plan to achieve sales goal
• Supervise and assist subordinates to follow sales plan to meet target
• Work with colleagues in different departments to create strategic sales plan

Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• Good presentation, communications, organization and negotiation skills
• For Sales manager and assistant sales manager at least 5 years’ experience in sales management
• Experience in healthcare services or products industry is an advantage
• Energetic, proactive, aggressive and good people management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidates with satisfactory performance will have chance of promoting to senior post
