Sales Executive (5 Day Work Week)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for managing clients to build expertise and be trusted advisors.
- You are able to sell and promote our services and solutions to potential corporate clients and maintain and develop existing accounts
- You are able to develop the client base, by cold call and customer visits
- You are responsible for achieving monthly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies.
- You are able to manage annual contract negotiations and resolving challenges in a skilful way.
- You will keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports.
Requirement:
Minimum 2 years sales experience in account management. Preference will be given to those who possess experience in of key account sales of the following industries:
- Property Developer
- Property Management
- Hospitality.
- Experience in Swimming Pools or Water Quality Management Services is a plus
- Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude.
- Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Candidate must possess good communicating skills, sale driven and results orientated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic B2B environment that requires multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability
- Good team player and able to work with different teams and customers with strong problem solving and presentation skills
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
