Sales Engineer / Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers' inquiries and customer database management; Prepare quotations and tender documents;
• Arrange client's meeting to keep and improve relationship
• Prepare quotations and tender documents;
• Track the status of quotations and proposals submitted to ensure successful resolution and sales closures;
• Understand customer needs and able to tackle issues from multiple angles;
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
• To interact with other team member to provide good after sales service to customers;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any Engineering or Science subjects
• 2 years sales working experience required but fresh graduate are also welcome
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks independently
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office (MS word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Aggressive with outgoing personality, result oriented
• Willing to learn and flexible
